To Stoughton Athletes and Parents of Athletes: WSTO continues to make every effort to provide video coverage of as many high school athletic events as possible. The WIAA asserts complete ownership of tournament games played by high school athletes. This includes: transmission, internet stream, photo, image, film, videotape, audiotape, writing, drawing or other depiction of any game action, information or commercial use. For a fee WSTO has been allowed to broadcast tournament games live on cable in Stoughton, but we are required to disable our internet stream during these times. We are also required to turn over all copies of any recordings made during those games and are not able to upload the games for on demand viewing. Copies of our coverage can be obtained from the WIAA designated video production company When We Were Young Productions for a fee to be determined by that company.
